TwinBin is a smart dispenser made for industrial customers and is widely used across different industries. AirBus at Broughton, Northern Wales, has implemented TwinBin, and within five months period, they were able to save a collective amount of $72,000. As you can see from the image, the active stock will be stored at the bottom, and the reserve stock on the top. Once the active stock is depleted, the inbuilt sensor moves the stock from reserve to active, consequently sending out real-time data to the product supplier, indicating that the reserve stock needs to be refilled.
You can see how the sensor at the center works from the above video. We have induced a cloud platform IoT sensor to get real-time data of the amount of reserve stock at any point and keep product suppliers updated with the same.
This way, the supplier knows when it’s time to refill the stock, saving you time, cost, and resources.
